Developers of CRMs and software for real-estate agencies who want to publish their clients' listings on Bonsanuncios and handle client requests.

API access is free for developers. The agency publishing listings uses Bonsanuncios on its own terms (trial, then subscription).

With OAuth 2.0: in your CRM the agency clicks “Connect Bonsanuncios”, logs in to its account and allows access. You receive this agency's tokens. Details in the documentation, section 1.

No limit: one application for all your agencies, each with its own tokens.

120 requests per minute per agency. Above it, the API answers 429 with a Retry-After header. We also recommend at most 5 parallel requests for your whole CRM.

There is no separate sandbox. Use a test agency account: publish a listing, check it, then remove it (DELETE).

Generate a new secret in “My applications”. The old one stops working immediately.

We review every application manually. The result is sent to the email given in the application.
